This is an antique H.N. White King Conservatory model low pitch trombone with tuning in handsdlide.  The Serial number is #62878 which indicates it was built in the early 1920's.  The instrument is gold plated with ornate engraving from the bell flare all the way up the bell stem.  There is some plating wear throughout, but overall in decent condition.  The tuning-in-slide mechanism has been resoldered poorly to the cross brace.  The instrument was just cleaned.  The handslide has had previous dent removal and does not move very well, also appears that the bow and cap have been resoldered.  The handslide has the Lion's head emblem and is marked Medium Bore Low Pitch.  Includes a plastic case and Bach 6 1/2AL mouthpiece.  The instrument is being sold AS IS.
