This is a very nice vintage The Martin Committee Alto saxophone, Serial #200492 indicates it was built in 1956. This saxophone is being sold AS IS for repair. It needs to be completely repadded to be dependably playable. The original lacquer is intact with minimal wear for its age. Engraving is sharp and so ornate on these beautiful horns. The original neck with matching serial number is included, most lacquer is worn off the neck. Includes Martin mouthpiece, end plug and original case (which has some wear and paint speckles on exterior).
Issues that need repaired in addition to repad:
-Dent under Palm D foot
-Dents in bow
-Low Eb Guard Upper Foot needs soldered
-Neck octave key flat spring is gone (screw is there).
